Government of India Fellowship for International Institute for Population Sciences: International Institute for Population Sciences, Mumbai is inviting applications for Government of India fellowship for admission into the MPS courses for the 2015-2016 academic sessions.
Eligibility for the Scholarships:
Candidate who is applying should have Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines:
Candidate should have a minimum of 55% of mark (total semesters) in the following disciplines. They are Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Geography, and Anthropology.
Candidates who are attended the qualifying exam by 30th Sep 2015 are also eligible to apply. The maximum age limit is28 year’s up to 30th June 2015. The age relaxation and percentage of marks are relaxable for the reserved category applicants as per the rules and guidelines of the GOI.
Government of India Fellowship for International Institute for Population Sciences
Duration: 1 Year (Full-time)
Every Indian student who is selected through International Institute for Population Sciences, Mumbai will be awarded an Indian Government fellowship of Rs. 5000 every month.

Selection Process: The candidate selection will be based on the performance of written test and Interview. After the examination short list will be made. The persons who are short listed will be called for the test and interview.
