CISF provides integrated security cover to the Public Sector Undertakings. It came into existence in 1969. The force as now reached to one lakh thirty nine thousand and four hundred personnel today. CISF is currently providing security cover to nuclear installations, space establishments, airports, seaports, power plants, sensitive Government buildings and ever heritage monuments.

Constable/driver(Backlog) – 1051
Constable/driver(Current) – 152
Qualification Required: Matriculation passed/Equivalent qualification
Skills:
The candidate should have a valid driving licence for
(i) Heavy Motor Vehicle
(ii) Light Motor Vehicle
(iii) Motor cycle with gear
Experience: 3 years experience in Heavy motor vehicle/Light Motor Vehicle/Motor cycle with gear
Age Limit: Between 21 and 27 years as on 19/07/2014
