Job Description
For Technical Support and Customer Support Process we are Hiring Experienced candidates
Candidates should have basic knowledge of understanding of troubleshooting, desktop support, MS Office.
Candidates should be ready to work on calls and e-mails both.
Able to deal Customers query and resolve issues asap as per company Standard Procedure.
Candidates should respond to customer inquiries in proper way.
Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement
Candidates should Provide phone support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and other internet related issues.
Maintaining of a thorough understanding of process and policies.
Candidate’s previous experience in a customer service role on Phone / Email / Chat channels is given preference.
Candidates should have strong communication skills.
Any Graduate and Under-Graduates are eligible.
