Description
ProKarma is currently hiring for Senior Lead-level SAP ABAP-HR Consultant that would like to join our team. The selected individual should have worked as a part of a global development team.
Qualifications
ABAP-HR Technical Lead with 6+ years of experience in ABAP with Full Life Cycle Implementation and Support Project experience.
Should have been in the role of a Team Lead / Tech Lead in the last 2 years with strong leadership skills.
Should have experience in gathering requirements creating efficient designs, offering alternate paths and providing
insights into best practices.
Should have knowledge in working with Ticketing Tools.
Should have good experience in Webdynpro-ABAP, ESS & MSS.
Should have support experience in working with Workflow, HCM Process flow and Adobe forms.
Should have functional exposure on the sub modules of HR.
Should have rich experience in ABAP HR and handled objects pertaining to sub modules like PA, OM, Payroll
[US/Canada], Time Management, Benefits etc.
Should have experience in designing interfaces to third party applications such as Benefit Providers etc.
Good experience in developing SAP Interactive Forms.
Should have strong debugging skills.
Should have team leading skills leading at least a team of 8 people.
Very strong knowledge in AB
