Job Description :

With all relevant safety regulations Perform stowage planning complying.
Plan & monitor ECO sailing of v/l.

Arrange Schedule for Ports and Navigations under the jurisdiction.

giving technical support to sales, customer service, trade and documentation section regarding special cargoes, including dangerous, oversized and break bulk.

Manage supply of Lashing Materials

Coordinate Bunkering order with BNKMO and each Trade Section.

Monitor each Vessel performance and provide technical support to Ship Masters.

Weather monitoring of area under the jurisdiction

monitoring of Piracy activity, verification of Passage Plan.

Handling Stevedore damage reports (SDR), Repairs planning.

maintaining Container damage report (CDR).

willing to do Extra work like fee verification & payment arrangements.

Provide support for Change of Destination, Empty Repositioning.

Relay applications/approvals and check with Star-Net system for Special Cargo.

feasibility study for particular trade.

handling Terminals and Local agents.
