Description of the Job:
Working with kitchen team and head chef and high standards maintaining of food quality and its presentation and preservation
According to the daily needs working in the deferent areas of the kitchen
Observing of all food hygiene and safety and health policy
Giving assistance to the head chef in completing all the food items and in sending equipments to the related function
Maintaining of standards in cooking and its preservation
To be up to date in present food trends regarding its style and preservation and new menu ideas and designs
Checking all the completed food items whether correctly wrapped and labeled
And checking whether it is properly stored in the fridge
