Ishan Uday Scholarship for North Eastern Region 2015 : Ishan Uday Scholarship Scheme for general Graduates, Technical and professional courses, medical and para medical courses. Ishan Uday wants to provide equal opportunities for higher studies in North Eastern Region, focus more on professional education in North Eastern Region, increase the Gross Enrollment Ratio in North Eastern Region, and Optimum utilization of North Eastern Region Budgetary Allocation.

Ishan Uday Scholarship schme will provide scholarships for 10,000 students every year, this Notification will release beginning of every year for all courses, candidates should have Intermediate or equivalent qualification from recognized university, including Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE), National institute of open Schooling (NIOS) within North Eastern Region only, and have secured admission in general degree course, technical and professional courses including medical and para-medical courses (Integrated courses included) in Universities/Colleges/ Institutions recognized by University Grant Commssion within and outside the States of North Eastern Region.

Eligibility criteria for IShan Uday Scholarship 2015 :

1) Students have to complete 12th class or its equivalent and have secure admission in degree, medical, para medical course, technical and professional courses from recognized university by University Grant Commission within and outside the States of North Eastern Region.
2) Student parental income should not exceed Rs.4.5 lac per annum.

Who are not eligible for this IShan Uday Scholarship 2015 :

1) persuing course through Open university candidates.
2) other than degree courses like diploma course.
3) who are having another scholarship scheme.
4) whose parentalincome exceeds 4.5 lacs per annum.
5) who are studying in Management quota.

Scholarship amount for IShan Uday Scholarship 2015 :

1) For general degree couses Rs.3,500/- per month.
2) For Technical and Professinal courses Rs.5,000/- per month.

Amount directly credited in account of student through DBT direct benefit transfer.

2) go to scholarships tab and click for Ishan uday scholaship
3) click on apply now button
4) fill the details carefully
5) Attach the required documents then submit
6) take a print out of generated copy for future refference
