Hindi Scholarship 2015 for Non-Hindi Speaking States: For the year 2015 The application forms in specified manner are requested from the capable candidates who are pursuing Hindi language as a subject (Students belong to mother tongue other than Hindi) in institutions / colleges or voluntary organizations either identified by the govt of state or organized by an institution announced as an Institution of national importance through a parliament act to provide scholarships to the Non Hindi using states of the courses of undergraduate, post graduate, M.Litt and PhD and its similar courses.

The scholarship once awarded will be acceptable to the stage of academic course for which it is provided subject to better academic conduct and attendance regularity and can be renewed if the candidate is promoted to further higher stage, subject to better progress report and advocacy of related academic authorities.
