Job Description:

Understand the HR Requirements of various companies and generate leads for Vendor Agreements.

Client appointment shedulilng like emails, calls and meeting personally for business deals
Posting the JDs in the company’s Job Portal as per the requirements of our clients.
coordination with applicants by making phone calls, emails and interviews
Constantly monitor and improve Clients relations, and endeavour to build long-term relationship.
Plan and take part in all the events (Campus Drives, HR Summits etc.) organized by the Company.

Knowledge on HR functionality
Excellent english Verbal& Written Communication skills
Excellent presentational skills
Highly Energetic and Enthusiastic with go-getter attitude
problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently within a team environment
Qualification:
MBA (HR& Marketing)
PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word, Excel& Power point)
