Candidate should able to coordinate with clients, peer group, and management on needs basis.
Should able to deal with extra responsibilities and able to reach the target in time with commitment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills
managing recruitment cycle in the company from junior to senior level regarding PAN India projects
HR interviews conducting and coordinating it with technical tests.
Able to deal with Negotiation & Headhunting
experience in using social networking sites and job portals

Able to deal with engineering and construction needs
