1. Follow up for Interest Collection and NPA reduction.

3. Follow up of Existing Customers for Win Backs (both active and inactive customers – through Customer Ownership Programme / Customer Life Cycle Management
4. Cross Selling, Up-selling, Refer Selling of all other products (NCD/Gold Coin/Insurance/ MT/Travel/Forex etc.)
5. All joining formalities.
6. Responsible for Cash Handling.
7. Accounts Assistant/Accounts Executive/Sr.Accounts Executive (Permanent resident of respective locations, Graduate, Upto 30 yr of Age).
8. Responsible for attend clients visiting branches and handling their cash & gold..
9. Explaining customers about all products/ cross selling.
10.Regular Branch Operations (gold appraisal, strong room operations, making gold packets, closures, renewals etc.
