Kerala Prathibha Scholarship 2015 – 16

Kerala Prathibha Scholarship 2015 : Kerala Prathibha Scholarship is for Talented and Merit students, This Kerala Prathibha Scholarship is for students who are merit qualified in higher secondary Examination from kerala, and who wants to continue their Graduation and Post graduation in basic /natural Science in recognized universities can apply for this Kerala Prathibha Scholarship 2015.

The Main Motto of this Kerala Prathibha Scholarship is Motivate and encourages students to higher studies in Science technology, initially they provide Kerala Prathibha Scholarship for Intermediate students who wants to continue their degree in Science for 3years and continues this prathibha scholarship for MSC 1st and 2nd year also by getting 75% marks in their Degree course. Students who are selected for Prathibha Scholarship award they are also eligible for Kerala Prathibha Scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria for Kerala Prathibha Scholarship 2015 :

1) Candidate should get 90% marks in Higher Secondary Examination.
2) Candidate should get 95% marks in all Science subjects.
3) Candidate should get 75% marks in Degree course for Post graduate Scholarship
4) Students must have BSC/MSC admission in Basic/ Natural Science in a Recognized university.

Amount of Kerala Prathibha Scholarship 2015 :

For Graduates Students duration 3 years:

1^st year: Rs.12, 000/-
2^nd year: Rs.18, 000/-
3^rd year: Rs.24, 000/-

For Post graduate Students duration 2 years:

1^st year: Rs.40, 000/-
2^nd year: Rs.60, 000/-

Details of Kerala Prathibha Scholarship 2015:

Students who get this Kerala Prathibha Scholarship can also have following benefits
1) They provide opportunities for attending Science Enrichment Programmers and summer Internships R&D Institutions in the state.
2) 8 Prathibha scholars 2members from each group Math’s, Physics, Chemistry, and biology are eligible to be considered for summer programs at IISER
-Trivandrum with out screening test.
3) The scheme ensures at least 50% of the selection for girl students. 10% of the selection is reserved for SC/ST students.
4) The selection of Prathibha Scholars for summer programmers is subject to the norms of IISER-Trivandrum.

How to apply for Kerala Prathibha Scholarship 2015 :

1) Go to official website of Kerala Prathibha Scholarship ie http://www.kscste.kerala.gov.in/
2) Download the application form and fill it.
3) Attach the require documents.
4) Then send it to the Head of the Institution of Kerala science, Technology and Environment.

1) Application form
2) HSE Certificate, Marks list copies
3) cast certificate for SC/ST
4) Proof of origin certificate.
