JRF Scholarship 2016 – 2017 of ICHR – ichr.ac.in

ICHR – The Indian Council of Historical Research is inviting Junior Research (JRF) Fellowship 2015 online application forms from the genuine persons to provide JRF-Junior Research Fellow scholarship. Junior Research Fellowship aspirants will get award amount of Rs. 16000/- every month along with contingency award worth Rs. 15000/- per annum through ICHR – the Indian Council of Historical Research. To provide this ICHR – JRF scholarship the organization will be organize examinations in different centers. The selected examination centers are Bengaluru, New Delhi and Guwahati.

JRF – Fellowships/ Scholarships Available: Fellowships available: 80.

Term of the JRF Scholarship:

JRF scholarship 2015 duration is Two years.
In some special cases it will be prolonged 1 more years.

JRF Fellowship / Scholarship 2017 – Eligibility: JRF program 2015 eligibility criteria depicted bellow.

» Capable competent who got 55% marks in PG or its equal examination from any University or college which is identified by UGC in the subjects Musicology / Archaeology / History are fit for JRF fellowship.

» Contenders of ST / SC, and PHC having above 50% of marks in Masters Diploma or its equal examinations can apply for JRF scholarship and the students who are get admitted in PhD courses can also apply for JRF of ICHR – Scholarship 2016.

Junior Research Fellowship 2017 – Age Limit Criteria: Must not above 30 years As on the 30th Sep

JRF Scholarship 2017 (Junior Fellowship) Examination Details:

Fellowship JRF question paper possesses:
Objective questions – 30 (30 marks)
Comprehension based questions – 5 (20 marks)
Essay Type Questions – 2 (50 marks)
Total Marks: 100
Time: 3 Hours
Language Question Paper: Hindi & English

Fellowship 2017 JRF – Fee Details:

» An software charge of Rs. 200/- need to be in the form of type of a (A.A) DD drawn in favor of the
Deputy Director (Accounts) ICHR, Payable at Delhi.
Contestants related to SC/ST/PHC groups are fee exempted).

» Capable competent need to pay Rs. 200/- as exam fee for application form in the form of DD payable at Delhi drawn in the favor of Deputy Director (Accounts) ICHR.
(Candidates of SC/ST/PHC groups fee exempted).

» If contenders belong to SC or ST and PHC classes are exempted fee paying. For SC / ST candidate The travelling fares will be paid back (above 30 km distance). Contestants will be paid with 2nd class Railway or Bus charges.
