Job Requirements:
Candidates have to Develop technical part replacement documentation.
Should mantain incoming tickets on reports of technical issues on action plans or training.
Should be active in team environment.
Develop or enhance technical content as required to maintain product accuracy, to cover product anomalies and exceptions.
Initiate and engage in technical reviews.
Build and Maintain technical proficiency on NetApp hardware products.
Design or create new training strategies that meet the changing service engineer requirements.
Should Work as part of a team on larger projects, or complex deliverables.
Experience:
Candidate should have Good oral and aural and interpersonal communication skills.
Candidate should be a Self-starter with deliverables of high quality.
Should have knowledge of technical understanding of NetApp hardware technology is highly desirable.
Knowledge of storage technology.
NetApp hardware experience and/or large computer field service experience a plus.
Expert in Excel, Word and at least one graphics program.
Experience or exposure to tools in designing Web based training content a plus
