Job Description:

Responsibilities (Technical Support- IN Bound, Customer service)
Answer inbound calls & Resolve issues from customers regarding Networking; Operating system, Hardware, MS Office, Internet related queries.
Use of soft skills – Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc
Provide quality service & resolve concerns efficiently & professionally
Fresher’s with Good communications can also apply (10 days of training will be provided)
Respond to Customer inquiries and problem escalations
Provide E-mail and Phone support to Trouble shoot and resolve issues experience

Shift Details:

1.Only male candidates
2.Work shift only 6 PM to 3 AM IST
3.Working days 5 days ( Monday to Friday)
4.Only Dropping will be provided @ 3 AM IST * ( For selected Locations )
5.The candidate will be under training for 10 days for which salary will not be paid ( If fresher)
