Indian Ordnance Factories (IFO) Organization- a combination of 41 Ordnance Factories. Its corporate headquarters Ordnance Factory Board is located at Kolkata. It has been serving from the past 200 year in defence production. The organization IFO publishes job advertizements and organises exams when there is a rquirements of jobs in different positions under different departments.
Written exam for ITI pass for all factories and 26 factories for Non-ITI category has covered by Phase – I Examination.
IFO – Indian Ordnance Factory Examination Scheme:
Only for Non-ITI Contenders:
Questions of Written Exam (overall 150 Questions) will be comprised in English, General Knowledge, Mathematics and Aptitude/ Reasoning, as per Madhyamik.
Exam Duration:Three hours.
Only for ITI Applicants:
Written Exam has contain Total Questions 150
Part – A: Questions on English, General Knowledge, Mathematics and Aptitude/Reasoning approx. 40% out of total number of questions.
Part – B: Questions on the group of subject trades – approx. 60% out of total number of questions.
Applicants can choose English or Hindi or state’s local language of where the Organization selects candidates (Telugu/ Marathi/ Oriya/ Tamil/Bengali)
